Our mission

ST Electronics (Training & Simulation Systems) Pte Ltd and OTech Inc are pleased to offer a series of courses on medical imaging informatics and healthcare data exchange standards,catered for healthcare IT professionals, hospital PACS administrators, and clinicians based in the ASEAN region. Courses will be taught by experienced educators from OTech, a leading US healthcare technology consulting and training firm specializing in medical imaging. Class size is limited to allow for more effective teacher-student interaction and students will benefit from the significant hands-on component.

	Herman Oosterwijk is president of OTech Inc., an experienced teacher and consultant in the area of DICOM. He participates in standardization efforts and published several textbooks on the subject of PACS and DICOM.
	Harshad Puppalwar is a Practice Lead with ST Electronics (Training & Simulation Systems) Pte Ltd. He has several years of experience in the field of Healthcare IT solving complex technical and business issues. He currenlty consults on projects involving Healthcare IT.
